Andy W Visited our store on Monday

Andy W Visited our store on Monday 16th March to install Starlik. After years of issues with HI-HI (4com) we have now changed over to Mtech. The difference in service already has been amazing. If your switching to Mtech then I highly recommend and the engineer Andy is who you want

Very helpful and informative

Very helpful and informative sales rep. Good deals on the phone system. New phones set up by Andrew W who was very friendly and efficient. Very happy with the new specs on the phones and customer service great with any queries.

Aaron is fantastic

Aaron is fantastic, he went above and beyond for us the past few days we have had a few issues and Aaron would not rest until it was fixed - constantly checking in and thinking of options and new ways to make us happy. Fantastic service !

Mtech...Great company

The whole process of Mtech signing us up and taking us over has been seamless. George signed us up and Aaron came and fitted the phones for us. He was great and worked round the busyness of the office which isn't easy as the office is small. It was all quick and straightforward. Thank you.

Very punctual and friendly

Very punctual and friendly. The sales team and Callum who first came out was good and explained everything and then the engineer's Andrew and Haseeb came to install new phones and were very efficient and helpful.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Salesman Mark was very thorough and provided a very reassuring approach and the installation by Andrew was excellent, totally non intrusive meaning that our business wasn't disrupted in any way whilst he got on with the job. Very happy with the process.

Our telecoms engineer Andrew was fantastic! He arrived on time and prepared, despite quite a few technical issues that arose he worked continuously throughout the day, even staying late to make sure we were sorted before he left and with great communication.
