Great Service
Zoe and Scott have been amazing at providing us this telephone deal for our business. Zoe was very informative when going through the deal and Scott was amazing on installing and taking time on answering our endless technically questions and showing us the functions on the app and handsets.

Mew Telephone System

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, nothing is too much trouble. I had some bother with my old telecom provider and Russell and everyone at Mtech were so supportive and helpful.
Mtech have also solved our internet issues, so much better and more reliable/faster now (kept cutting off with the old provider!)

So far so good.
Salesman went through all the little details. Engineer Aaron Cole carried out his installation quickly and efficiently and with good humour. He explained the workings of the new phone system to our Assistant Manager on the desk at the time and left her with the confidence to be able to explain the new system to all staff who use the phones.

Professional and Friendly
Andy W came to install the upgraded phones at our three offices. He was on time and professional. Working ahead of time on a job booked in for three days he completed everything in two days.
He was very attentive to all staff and ensured they all knew how to use the new phones before leaving.
A very easy process with minimum disruption to the working day.
