poor Manfred Thierry Mugler

I'm trying to buy the refill of Mugler EDT A*men but the incompetence of the Italian customer service can't tell me if the perfume will go out of production. So I ask them where I can buy it because it's not possible on the Italian site and they answer me that the Mugler platform doesn't sell perfumes. all the retailers listed on italian Mugler site tell me that they no longer have A*men edt. On the uk and fr sites instead you can buy on line but not on the italian one. why doesn't the customer service know? My wife has been wearing Mugler since the Manfred era and I've been using this perfume since the 90s and I can't know if it will go out of production or where it's possible to buy it online.
I'm really disappointed
