Came all the way from Paris to get a rhinoplasty with Dr. Muhammet Dilber and overall, I had a very positive experience. From the first consultation, the doctor was professional, calm, and clear about what to expect before and after the procedure.

The staff was attentive and caring, always available to answer questions and provide reassurance throughout the process. My hospital stay was comfortable and well-organized, with nurses checking in regularly and making sure I felt supported.

I’m still in the healing phase, but so far everything has gone smoothly and I’m satisfied with the level of care and professionalism I received from Dr. Dilber and his team.

This was my third rhinoplasty revision, and by the time I found Dr. Dilber, I was emotionally, mentally, and financially drained. I had spent over a decade struggling to breathe properly. I have dreamed of having a rhinoplasty for so many years. I have found Dr. Muhammet Dilber’s page on Instagram and instantly fell in love. I knew i wanted my nose done by him. He has a great team of girls working for him, and they have been very helpful and informative from the first message sent. The clinic looks very luxurious, made me feel like a celebrity 😆. The hospital care is amazing the nurses barely leave your side and keep checking in on you if you are doing okay. I would highly recommend this doctor for anybody considering surgery. He is such a kind soul and you can see he has passion for what he does.

PLEASE READ! I felt the need to make this review because I’ve not had a rhinoplasty with Dr Dilber, however I did enquire. I enquired because I have seen many good reviews and good results from this Dr. I sent pictures of my nose to Dr Dilber and his team for a quote. I received one of the nicest messages / voicenotes back from a lovely lady saying that Dr Dilber had reviewed my pictures and said my nose is beautiful, it fits my face, and he does NOT recommend / want to do a rhinoplasty on me. Not only was this such an uplifting message to receive as someone who is self conscious, but it absolutely reflects the type of man and doctor Dr Dilber is. Whilst other surgeons would send me a quote back instantly (many have done) because they are wanting the money, as opposed to wanting to help, Dr Dilber did not. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dilber. After spending over $20,000 AUD, I’m now in the unfortunate position of needing revision surgery. The results look nothing like what we discussed—the nose is uneven and has a visible bump that was there from the moment the cast came off. On top of the aesthetic issues, I’m also struggling with breathing difficulties. Recovery was especially tough, as only Panadol was provided—no proper pain relief at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor!

I can't recommend Dr. Dilber enough. I was looking for the perfect doctor for a very long time until I found him and I immediately knew. I was looking for an actual ENT, who puts value into every nose fitting every persons face individually and someone who works with precision and perfectionism. So I reached out to Dr. Dilber and got in contact with his lovely assistant Hulya! She informed me about everything, was very welcoming and supportive from the start, always took her time to reply and I was able to ask her anything at anytime which I am very grateful for. Once the appointment for the consultation was made, we were still in contact regularly and she checked on me from time to time. 2 days before the actual surgery I went to the doctors office for the consultation and was finally able to meet everyone in person. The energy from everyone there was very warm and welcoming in general from the very beginning! They always offered something to drink and I also observed them sitting down with patients who were there alone and nervous or just like that to talk them a little bit. After I shared all my information, the before pictures were taken and after that it was time to actually meet the doctor. He has such a genuine energy, I felt comfortable from the very start and once I spoke to him, I was even more confident in having my rhinoplasty with him and him being the best decision! He examined my nose and told me that my nose was broken (which i already assumed) He said that I'm probably not even aware of how bad I'm breathing through my nose, which he was also right about in the end. His simulation for my nose was perfect! I didn't have any wishes to change, actually it look exactly how I wanted it look like and how I edited my pictures before, without me even having to tell him! He's not only a more than competent ENT, He also has an eye for aesthetics as well! They also informed me about possible risks and that there's a 20% chance that some of my crookedness will return. That was fine with me since even the most perfect noses aren't perfect. I left the consultation happy, energized and most importantly confident in my decision. The whole atmosphere was calm and lovely and you could really tell that the team created a wonderful work environment for themselves. After that I had another appointment at the hospital to get my blood tested for the upcoming anesthesia. On the day of the surgery I got to a room to get ready and after a while they came to get my belongings, so they would be safe in the room until I wake up from surgery. The nurses were all super nice and lovely and I felt super comfortable, I even fell asleep before the surgery because it took a little while but it actually gave me a good feeling about the doctor taking his time for every patient. After I got woken up by the doctor they brought me to the anesthesia room. From this point on the doctor and his nurses performed magic I swear. After I woke up, I didn't feel any pain just an uncomfortable pressure. The doctor and two of his assistants were there too and we laughed together and they told me everything went well but since my nose was broken before and never taken care of it was a complicated surgery. They showed me pictures of how the nose looked like right after surgery and it looks more than perfect, I even began to cry. My stay at the Acibadem Hospital was great! All the nurses were so lovely and caring and I felt taken care of so well. No matter what I needed at any point, they were there. Second day after surgery I was able to go on walks again. On day 7 my nose was sooo swollen after the cast removal but I still loved it! I WAS ABLE TO BREATHE. Before I didn't know how much air i actually should get through my nose but now I do and WOW. I stopped snoring and I can't wait to see my nose when the swelling is down completely. I'm so grateful for Dr. Dilber, Kübra, Hulya, Nur, Ecem and Afra for their warm energy, care and precision and I can't wait to see all of them again! If you're looking for a competent surgeon who takes his time, aims for perfection but is still realistic and works with precision and care with a team who is warm and kind and actually cares about you, Dr. Dilber is the right surgeon for you and I would choose him and his work over and over again! My recent experience with this medical team was deeply disappointing. I chose this practice hoping to find professionals who truly care about their patients and are passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a team that seemed to be there for all the wrong reasons—primarily money.

As a patient, especially when dealing with health challenges, you expect kindness, empathy, and a sense of trust from your medical providers. I didn’t feel that from either the doctor or the team. The interactions felt cold and transactional, lacking the genuine compassion that should be a cornerstone of healthcare.

Becoming a doctor or surgeon should come with a commitment to care deeply for your patients, to listen to them, and to make them feel valued. Regrettably, that wasn’t my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages the team to reflect on how they can better prioritize their patients’ emotional and physical well-being in the future.
