Got the wrong thing, refund took months.
Placed an order for a board game on May 11th. Finally received it on May 27th. I got just the board for the game, minus the 95% of the rest of the game, making it completely worthless.
Contacted muizenshop for assistance on May 28th asking what to do. Eight emails later, it's August 29th, and I've still not gotten my money back.
