Items not delivered
Ordered for several hundred, I got half of the items. I contacted the company and they told me that there was still orders out to be delivered. It has now gone several months and there is still no products. And now the company has stopped to answer my emails. I have been buying from Multi Mite for years but this was the last time.

Ordered and left with no goods and no idea if or when I'll get what I ordered.
First ever order of diatomaceous earth. Apart from one "We got your order" email 5 days ago, I have neither the goods, nor a tracking number, nor a follow up telling me when I can expect the order.
Pretty poor communications and I will absolutely not be buying from them again.

Mult-Mite - excellent service
Mult-Mite is a natural health product company operating from Wiltshire, UK.
I have used it twice to order natural turmeric. The first time was when they sold through amazon.co.uk and the second time was from them directly. On both occasions they provided excellent service with very reasonable prices. In the second case, the goods arrived within 2 days via post (free delivery).
I shall certainly be using them again.
