Prices are really competitive and although there was a delay in dispatching my order the customer service was top-notch. I would happily order from the Multi-Tool-Store again when I next need something.

Dodgy second hand Leatherman was sent, was not engraved, my hands were covered in black paint that came off the tool and it was to stiff to open. They do not answer the phone
They do not respond to emails. They post on social media that they have answered me but they haven't!!
I just want a refund, tell me how please? I will keep reviewing until I receive a full refund. This has spoilt an Xmas gift

My item arrived quicker than expected and as a woman who barely knows the difference between a spanner and a hammer I didn’t expect to be as impressed by this item as I am. The multitool has smooth mechanisms so the little gadgets pop out nicely, it has a good weight about it and the pouch is great quality (I’m a girls girl I have no clue on correct terminology but hopefully this makes sense to a man) also the engraving is perfect. Kind of want one of my own now but I think it’s clear to see for myself it would be a situation of “all the gear and no idea”. Very impressive, 5 star service, 5 star item.

The recent purchase of a Leatherman multi tool was one of many I have made. Multi-Tool Store was as efficient as ever and my purchase was delivered on time without any hitch. I highly recommend this company and the Leatherman multi-tool is a life long gift.

Very happy with the product, price and speed of delivery.

Customer Service was good and a refund was quickly processed. Although not free delivery, the free returns system was easy to follow.
I had to return the Leatherman pouch as I thought it was poor quality compared to the original supplied with my multi tool.
So all I really lost out on was the initial shipping costs.

As with all Leathermen products this multi tool is as good as expected. I can only comment on the site, which offered a great selection at good prices. The delivery was really quick and communication was also great.
Really happy with the tool and pouch now it has arrived.

This is the cheapest place to purchase a new Leatherman in the UK, but I had an absolute nightmare getting it delivered, because they used Parcelforce. Couldn't fault their customer service though, when I explained to them how utterly incompetent Parcelforce were, they had it returned, and then sent it out to me again using Royal Mail instead, and I got it 2 days later. If buying from them I would ask them NOT to use Parcelforce to deliver it, or you'll be in for a long wait.

I've had Leatherman belt tools for over 25 yrs, the first broke and was replaced under warranty without questions. Decided, with my 70th birthday in a month, to treat myself to a new one.
