Sent items were broken, I shared this with them but they even did not reply and response to my request.

I ordered bad toys (they were on the photo in one box set). Then I received only one stuk.

De bestelling was vlot verlopen. Levermoment was niet super helder maar dat was misschien omdat ik nog één item in nabestelling had want was niet meer in stock. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar een heldere track en trace link... Het zou beter zijn als alle itemvooraden op de site zelf kloppen. Zo kon er een object niet geleverd worden. Wel netjes snel een terugbetaling gekregen voor dat product. Voor de rest zeker tevreden.

The order was processed smoothly. Delivery time was not that clear, but maybe that was because I still had one item on backorder because it was no longer in stock. I would prefer a clear track and trace link... It would be better if all item stocks are up to date on the site itself. For example, one object could not be delivered. I did quickly receive a refund for that product. Very content about everything else.

Much cheaper than anywhere else, delivered on time, everything simply perfect!

Site mentioned the items details very clearly. I did purchase a product with more options, at the site very clear with instructions how to do if you have a preference.
Since the product was ordered for my own order and had the super bad experience with the other company that I ordered and delivered something that I don’t want and so was desperating looking for solutions.
This company did really give me a quick and prompt reply, given me the expected delivery date and confirm my preferred options.
My package did arrive even 3 days earlier than what they informed me!

Fast delivery and the product is as described and easy to assemble. Similar products on other websites were twice more expensive.

I placed only one order.

I had some issues with the card payment and with the use of the discount coupon. But I contacted the customer sevice and they were very fast and nice. In the end, everything was solved. Also, I received my order fast and in a good state.
