I’ve been growing for 26 years and I’ve never had such poor quality seeds. Maybe one out of a pack will pop. I’ve had whole packs not pop. I’ve had a few pop then die. I’ve gotten in touch and seeds replaced and those didn’t pop. I have 10 year old seeds I would put up against these scammers disguised as a seed bank. I can’t believe they get any reviews over ⭐️. Nothing but a waste of time and money. Order(#296061) was shipped via USPS, USPS First Class Mail on 3/17/2025. I’ve been dealing with bs since. Don’t waste your time there’s legit seed banks out there this isn’t one of them.
Buyer Beware
Out of 54 beans 4 were duds. Out of 50 beans 48 died before 3.5 inches. Out of 2 beans 1 fell over and shriveled up as soon as she went to flower. The last bean is growing into a lovely Hermi.

At this point I'm hoping my first order was irradiated or something. Before MVB I've never had an issue with online beans. I just planted them in whatever medium I was going to use and I got a plant. As I was planting the seeds I was telling my wife that they didn't look right. Some were pale. Some had cracks. Only 2 looked mature. Many of them looked perfectly viable even with the imperfections. I feel as if I could have saved at least 12 of the plants but I only have so much time.

Order placed Feb 28th and the order hasn’t shipped as of March 12th. Everyone claims they have good customer service and quite frankly they do not. Did they notify me about being swamped with orders yes. But that’s BASIC customer service because Paul and his team at Multiverse would not cancel my order nor refund my money. Even tho they don’t have the beans I ordered and nothing has shipped I still couldn’t cancel my order. Their website states all orders will be out the NEXT BUSINESS day. That is false. And per FTC rules and regulations if you don’t have it in stock you are supposed to offer a refund not just hold onto EVERY customers money and strong arm them into waiting for extremely long shipping times. Not days I’m talking 2-4 weeks of waiting before your order is ever shipped. I have the emails of Multiverse refusing to cancel order and refusing to refund money on an order that’s not even close to shipping.

Multiverse Beans is easily one of the best seed banks online. The selection of breeders and genetics is top tier, and it’s clear why they’ve become so popular in the cannabis growing community.
They’re currently swamped with orders, but what really impressed me was their customer service. I actually received a personal email from the team apologizing for a small shipping delay and explaining the situation. That kind of transparency and communication is rare these days and shows they truly care about their customers.
Most companies would just let an order sit without saying anything. Multiverse Beans took the time to reach out personally, which says a lot about how they run their business.

I did 3 or 4 orders all junk. Got red runtz auto pack not even on the web site place is a joke now I am out around $150 and they sitting back getting rich off this junk. Wish they would make it right or give me my money back read the bad reviews before buying all others have to be AI generated....
Honesty is the best policy
First time customer: So I recently gave them a try and im quite surprised, my order was shipped new years eve and was at my door within 2 days ( it arrived saturday the 2nd). I have received freebies with my order as well and currently am at 100% germination (i have two running currently) i don't feel i will have germination issues with the others (the seeds look beautiful) but if I do I will come back and update if i cant get help other ways. I also received a letter and some stickers and im not even a huge sticker fan but these are pretty dope. So my conclusion is 10/10 would recommend and I will use them for future sales as long as I possibly can. I can't say anything about customer service because I did not need to contact them at all. I feel valued as a customer not just someone that will throw money, I understand it is a business but the mvb team treats you and your order more like family. Please don't let a few negative international order reviews make you look elsewhere, give them a chance and then decide because im glad i did. ❤️
One of the best seed banks around
Accidentally made two orders instead of one, so I wasn't eligible for the promotion that I wanted. I reached out to the company, Paul worked with me to make sure my order was processed as one order instead of 2 different ones, making sure I received the promo that I initially wanted to get. This company goes above and beyond, I was blown away at the quality of customer service that they provide their customers. I will FOR SURE be buying from Multiverse again!

Lost package/ Lies and Tricks.
I placed an international order, paid for extra stealth shipping and I also paid for package insurance incase of any issues. I specifically specified to pack my package stealthily.
My package was detained, when I contacted multiversebeans they told my that they could only give me 75% worth of my purchase and I would need to buy multiversebeans alone! As well as pay for shipping again.
Let's be honest, I'm not wasting time growing something that I don't know about and something I don't want.
The website is amazing and the freebies also. That's how I got trapped in their lies. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Only 1/10 seeds actually germinated…. This is the second order I placed, where most seeds didn’t germinate. If you want to get viable seeds, order from websites like Neptune, Seed Canary, Humboldt, etc… 10/10 WONT RECOMMEND!!

Great service one of the packs like none of the beans popped. All you have to do is message the guy he gave me credit for the packs of seeds that didn’t pop which a lot of places won’t do on top of that. He sent me some nice freebies. They are my new go to unless they don’t have a strain I want.

I’ve never had so many beans not pop or half pop and die. It’s ridiculous. I have three Ethos multipasses and they pop within 48 hours. No problems, Multiverse beans take so long if they pop at all. So many duds. I wrote them and I don’t even want replacements. Lesson learned buyer beware. I can’t believe the amount of positive feedback they get. I can’t be the only one that got mostly duds. Start speaking up people. I noticed they delete comments on fb and ask you to make a review before even receiving beans.

It started with fast shipping and great communication, but the real feature of this company is the quality of the seeds. Their in-house genetics are fantastic and they carry some top breeders. 100% discreet shipping and lots of excellent freebies got my slappers up
My new favourite seedbank
I was unsure which U.S company to get the strain I wanted from but I saw on the Multiverse Reddit page that they constantly ask what they could do to improve and that clinched it for me. Delivered within 2 weeks (to UK) from point of order at a time when their website was dealing with a ddos attack and the company was moving to another state. They also had a massive sale going on at the time too. I was expecting 3-4 weeks without all that they had going on. And the freebies? I dunno how they make a profit, the freebies are that good. I had more beans than I thought I would get too. Customer service is on point even with the time difference and I haven't received a single email that wasn't pertaining directly to my order. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a few different seeds (the 1st AND last time through them). Most were fine, but one was an autoflower, and I ordered all photoperiod. I contacted him, and he said "We don't have those in photoperiod. Thanks for letting me know, I'll change the website." So, I asked what he wanted me to do with the auto seeds, and he simply replied "Do you want to grow autoflowers?" I responded that I didn't, and he never bothered getting back to me after that.

***Buyers from AUSTRALIA*** please be aware, I spent $500 AUD and received nothing. . . No refund, no partial refund, no reshipment of replacement seeds!! They had obviously been seized by customs.
I do believe this site is legitimate and of good source with great genetics for the US although for anyone in Australia I highly recommend buying off other sites that offer insurance of some sort as I do not want this to happen to anyone else from here on in. If my review can save someone else I’m happy for my loss.
I did attempt to reach out to MVB before I wrote this review as I made them aware that I would if they could not help me. I did ask for them to ship just two seeds types that was on my order that I was really keen for but they still were not willing to come to the table so I am left dissatisfied unfortunately.
