Omg horrible company. I purchased an inflatable mattress on 08/13 and still didn't receive it. The email contact is bogus. Don't know what to do

I am still awaiting my all in one can drink holder with sound systems: smart life - smart living.

I paid USD 29.98 on 15th June 2020 via paypal.

I have not received it yet.

Their email is faulty and am unable to reach them.

Can someone help me getting in touch with them.

I ordered an inflatable bed with a frame and received a pillow. I was offered 30% discount. This is a pure ripoff the exact same thing happened to my sister. The same is on another persons review. Complete calculated ripoff!

I ordered the inflated bed that comes with a bed frame. This website is some horse crap. Whatever you do please don't order anything from them. Product was said to have been delivered and what I received was a pillow. When I contacted the company they told me I could get 30% of my money back and it would cost me over 20 dollars to ship back which she or he said would not be worth it. If someone could please report these female dogs to the appropriate people and get them sued would be awesome.

In July I ordered an "All in One Combo" power tool unit and a "Vehicle Hydraulic Auto Repair Box" after seeing the slick video for Munchs on Duolingo (a learning site I use). I, like others here, didn't get what I had paid for - I received a small black plastic air cushion + a hand bulb inflator pump on two separate occasions weeks apart.
I had to email the company behind Munchs (Yunhan Industrial Company Ltd which is located in China) and, after being initially told that I would have to pay to return the incorrect items, further emails telling them "no" and to produce the goods or refund my money meant I got refund offers of 30% then 50% then 70% before finally a full refund (as long as I didn't raise a PayPal dispute!).
The full refund of both amounts paid arrived in my PayPal account today I'm glad to say but I have wasted a lot of time over this scam.
I say - avoid this business and it's actual owner as you won't get what they advertise.

Do not buy here! They advertise with swanky films on Instagram for a "recycling unit" What you get are 5 rubbish bags that cost you $19.00 plus shipping. Their "make the world a little greener" unit is a scam.
After lots of e-mails they promise to refund 30%. In other words they are just stealing your money. On top they promise to ship everything form the US but its just a Chinese company: "Yunhan Industrial Co., Ltd."

I orderd a "Table Saw" but recived an air cushion. The vendor offerd a 50% refound which is not acceptable for me.

If I could give a minus review thats what this company would get avoid and do not purchase anything from them I ordered a vehicle hydraulic auto repair tool box and received a whoopy cushion and when I queried this I was offered 30% refund when I did not accept the offer and stated that I would take the matter further they offered 50% refund, fortunately I payed through PayPal and they resolved the issue but not at the sellers cost so seems like they got away with it again

Do NOT purchase from this company. I ATTEMPTED to buy their all-in-one power tool set. After about two months, I got the notification that the package was delivered. After a bit of confusion, I found a package in the mailbox. What I received was a small hand pump air cushion. When I emailed the company, they told me I could get a 30% refund when they receive the return of the incorrect item, BUT that I would have to pay the shipping, with would have been around $30 which would be more than the refund anyway.
