Worst customer / sales service ever - is anyone home????

I can't believe this company even bothers to have a web.site ?
I've send multiple email's requesting contact - No response.
Can't get hold of them by Phone - line always engaged?

I have '0' confidence in doing business with these people - we are on a tight lead time - so why would I risk doing business if they can't even respond to my Q: / Emails./ or pick up the phone.

How do you guys supply the market ?

Unable to complete order, terrible communication, extra long delay on refund

I ordered a floor early in late December, had an email confirming the print design a couple of days later which I accepted and made payment. I was expecting delivery of the floor withing 14 days (as stated on their website). 3 weeks later I had an email saying that they couldn't do the original print design and sent me an alternative (which I didn't want because it was totally different than what I wanted and looked pretty terrible in all honesty). I was told to accept the design, take a refund or wait a month until they could change their printing method. Obviously I took the refund, 2 days later no refund, 5 days later no refund, 10 days later no refund, all the while I was sending emails telling them that I needed the refund to be able to pay for another floor. 13 days later I finally receive a refund notification from Paypal with no communication from Murafloor. I would have to say this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company and I would advise anyone looking to buy from them to think again. I do hope they go out of business soon.

FAULTY PRODUCT LONG DELAYS AND FAILED PROMISES

Paid upfront online for vinyl flooring, what should have been 10-15 days, took a month. It comes in 150cm widths so as with fabric widths I expected two such for my 250cm square room but was sent two of 116cm and one of about 27cm meaning I would have an extra join. The striped pattern had clearly visible faulty blobs of colour. This was after waiting in for a failed 9x6 delivery. To have it redone was a 3 week wait which stretched to a month and another non delivery. A promised refund of delivery costs by cheque had still not appeared after 8 days. I was assured a delivery after another 48hours and before 10am and again fitted my day around this and it failed to come. I am waiting to get a refund which they will not give until a courier has collected the faulty vinyl and it has been inspected despite them initially being willing to accept my jpegs of the problems and to replace it via one courier and collect the other on a separate occasion with a different courier. Appalling customer service , repeated failed promises and production and delivery dates. Real shame as it would have been a great floor design but way too much stress and hassle and this company has stretched my trust to its limit. 2 months on I will have to see if they will refund me my £400+ .Lets hope so but the next step will be legal action.
ITS NOW 16 DAYS AFTER RETURNING THE FAULTY FLOORING AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED.
