Everything!
Everything!
Website easy to navigate.
Easy to find appropriate product, complete order and pay.
Follow up more impressive. The call to double check to ensure specification was fully understood.
The follow up call to inform delivery timing, and the delivery process
The product itself…..matched/exceeded expectation
The follow up call to check that all was ok.
If Carlsberg did doors I reckon it would be called MLTPCarlsberg!!
Thanks

5 Stars All Round
This was my first time using Murphy Larkin and it definitely won’t be the last. Great range of products at a very competitive price.
The delivery service was prompt and the products were handled with care.
I received a follow up call from John to check if everything was ok with my order (everything was perfect with my order) and if I needed anything else to let him know and he would help.
Very impressed with the service provided and look forward to purchasing from Murphy Larkin in the future.

Extremely fast delivery
Within in a couple hours of placing the order I received a call just to be sure I was aware of the process for using the barn door rail I had ordered and to offer to provide a second door hanging kit (which I did need). The delivery arrived the very next day and I received another call to make sure all was ok. An excellent service, fastest delivery I have ever had!
