I have visited the Victoria, Texas Murphy USA store multiple times. Always getting asked for my ID, just to buy 1 lotto ticket. The problem is I am 57 years old, while the little 20 something year old Hispanic girl in front of me buys 2 packs of cigarettes and doesn't get ask for her ID. I am white. They are very prejudice at Murphys.

Murphy gas completely ruined my truck from pumping 52 bucks of water down gas. A certified mechanic verified what happened to my truck. I filed a complaint, which was denied because nobody else complained. What kind of excuse is that. Now my insurance company is involved and had another professional certified mechanic diagnosed water in the engine caused by your contaminated gas. My truck is totally gone and you guys don't think you're liable.

Brittany B is always very kind, alert and courteous. She is daily stocking the shelves and she keeps the store looking nice. The signage, sales and important information in a nice looking fashion and even out at the pumps. While at the same time serving the customers with no hesitation including the lottery. I just wanted to let management know that Brittany is a great employee. Store number 7780 in Gulf Breeze, Fl 3256.

The gas is always reasonably priced and it's good quality. I come here (Jennings, la store) a few times a week bc the staff is super friendly. Al is mostly the reason for the review…she is awesome! She always go above and beyond assisting customers. She is always smiling and appears to love what she does!

i went into gas station store and older lady was rude. i handed her my tickets and she cashed them and threw the money at me. was wondering if she has something against me for winning asked her if she would please throw away tickets. she said no trash can when she just threw away my last tickets. sent my brother by 20 minutes later with losing tickets. and she threw them away. everyone needs a job today. not asking her to be fired. but to be friendly. this woman has no respect.

On 12/17/23 around 9:40 pm I stopped by Murphy USA at 187 W South Town Dr., Tyler, TX 75703. I needed to get my tires pumped up. I drive Ford Transit Connect. So I needed 42 and 44 psi. Their air pump would not go higher than 32 psi. It did not work properly and was useless. I was trying to get help from a young lady who worked there that night. She refused to help. Her response was - I have no control over it. I asked her to get my money back. Again, her response was - l have no control over it. I suggested to put an Out Of Order sign on the broken air pump. You already guessed what her answer was. As you can see, Murphy USA collects money for the service they don't provide. One might say they steal customers money.

Most of the time employees are friendly and helpful. Apparently it is ok for employees to wear any scent they want on the job. Pachouli is one that is offensive to me as a disabled veteran sends my PTSD over the edge. It has been historically used to cover the scent of pot .

Horrible experience. I'll never trust Murphy USA again. I purchased gasoline from Murphy USA, and within 15 minutes my vehicle started malfunctioning, and began doing things it had never done before. A tank of gas at Murphy USA cost me $3,000 in repairs, and time wasted stranded on the side of a busy interstate.

I purchased bad, watered down, gasoline from Murphy USA. It messed up my engine, which caused even more issues with my vehicle, totaling to thousands of dollars in damage within minutes of purchasing the gasoline. They're able to charge you less per gallon because it's watered down, diluted, gasoline.
