be very cautious !!!!!

Perfectly Horrid .....I had been trying to sell my flat in Woking and my so-called buyer used (Murray Hay) this firm of conveyancers. I don't think my buyer was ever telling the truth about his finances but the frustration caused by the difficulties getting hold of the buyers conveyancer made the whole saga ten times worse.
at one stage my estate agent tried to contact Magdalena every day for a week unsuccessfully and even the buyer had to admit he had tried for three days to get hold of her and failed.
We also had emails from Magdalena confirming that they were ready to exchange and complete !! None of this actually happened.
At one point my solicitor had to contact Ian Hay at Murray Hay and ask for his intervention !!! as they had been unable to get any response from Magdalena.
The sale eventually fell apart and has cost me personally several thousand pounds.
My flat is now back on the market. I would be very cautious before using Murray Hay. This has been a thoroughly unpleasant and expensive experience which I would not wish on anyone else. My life is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional people, unfortunately when you are selling a property you cannot choose the buyers conveyancers !!
