Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks! Had to resolve with the manufacturer myself after being told “If we can help at all” after a cable broke 1 month after spending £850 on a sim wheel

Fast, efficient service. The item we received was as described and good quality, we received updates during the despatch and delivery and the item arrived on time. Thank you
Not a bot, not asked to press 1,2,3 or 4
I was in a position where I needed wheel nuts for a 1957 car hub. I ordered what I thought were the correct nuts(big mistake) so I rang murrays beating closing time and spoke to someone(real person, not a bot!)who offered to stay on the line after normal closing time to help. Total sale amounted to about€7. That's customer service.
