INCREDIBLE Customer Service
I do a lot of shopping around to find best prices, and Muscle & Strength is consistently the best. On top of that, I placed an order and didn't see that it had been auto-cancelled, due to me not having my credit card information updated. The next morning, I saw the cancellation, and went to re-order. Unfortunately, the deals from the night before had ended. I reached out to their customer service, heard back within 30 minutes, and they got me set up with the same discounts as I had in my cancelled order. I had the new order placed within an hour, with previous discount honored, and an additional item that I mistakenly added (and they credited for free).
Can't say enough how great Muscle & Strength and their team are. I will no longer be shopping around as I value customer service very high, and theirs is 11/10.

Strong web site. Easy to select products and options, including variables for 2nd product on BOGO sale items. Free fast shipping is great, though a $50 minimum to qualify on smaller, lighter items would allow more flexibility in order frequency.
