Excellent product. Ordered about 4pm and when got home next day was already there.

One part of the power rack missing. Quick to resolve the issue.

I bought the advanced multi trainer after spending 3 months searching google for every make and model under the sun.
Eventually I visited the showroom and met Sharna who showed me the various machines. I even visited again to be double sure and again Sharna had no issue in assisting me.
The equipment arrived last week all arranged by Sharna on time and all complete.
I set it up myself as a project and it did take me 2 days (lol).
The machine is awesome and I’m so pleased I decided to go with MS. I nearly went with another much more expensive brand but they weren’t even close and n the quality.
Some of the small design features such as the 2.5Kg slider plate on the stacks and the separate lat pull down area is just so good.
The customer service though was even better and another reason I chose MS. Nothing was too much trouble.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the machine or MS and will certainly be ordering more equipment in the future.
I also ordered the easy clean floor tiles and Sharna arranged a separate delivery for these earlier so I could lay them ahead of the rack arriving.
I would recommend these tiles as they are really easy to clean and have no smell (not like previous tiles I’ve had in the past).

I purchased cheapest available 10 kg plates (two pairs). I am pleasantly surprised with the overall quality. Plates were well packed and delivery was prompt. Shout out to the delivery guy who delivered the 40 kg weights right to my exercise area (in my absence). Looking forward to shop again in future.
