Love the leggings!!! So soft and the price is great, They are squat proof which is fantastic. It’s nice to have soft leggings without the outrageous lululemon pricing. Edit: the compression is enough for support of a c section Tummy and smooths you out enough but not to much compression that it hurts.

Not worth it
The website seemed legit to me until I received my item. I ordered one pair of leggings, and the first thing I immediately noticed was there was no bottom hem to the leggings. They looked as though they were cut with scissors. I’m 5’2 and the leggings were extremely short but I ordered them in full length. So I thought, maybe someone ordered these before me and cut them and returned them? Regardless, I tried them on just to be sure I wasn’t just seeing things, maybe they’d look okay. I ordered a size XS and the waist was huge while the thighs were extremely tight. I did one squat in them and immediately had to pull them up several inches. The fit was bizarre and for $65 I was not seeing the hype at all, especially when I could get HALARA leggings for half the price and way better fit and material. So I went to request a return since their website says “easy returns” and I can assure you, the process was not “easy.” I reached out 4 times to request a return and every person I was in touch with speaks very broken English. Days later, my return request is finally approved BUT I have to pay to ship them back and they sent this long message saying they don’t “typically offer full refunds” because they can’t re-sell active wear items that have been tried on. So I have no clue if I’ll even get my money back. Seems really unfair considering the item they sent was 1. Defective and 2. Very expensive for such cheap and uncomfortable material. For someone who works out 5 days a week, I need something comfortable and durable and out of every pair of leggings I’ve ever tried, this was the worst and customer service was a pain. Go with HALARA and spare yourself the time and headache.

Cancelled my order and took my money
I placed an order and got confirmation and the money was taken out of my account. 15 minutes after my confirmation email I received another email saying the payment didn’t go through (it did as the money was taken out of my account) and then an hour later I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I have tried emailing them and dming them on Instagram for help but nobody has responded to me about getting a refund for the order I placed that was cancelled for no reason. Horrible customer service and a horrible business.

I placed my order and received it very quickly. I was surprised at the way the leggings fit. One of the best fits for me. I’m bottom heavy and they usually pull down on me. Not with Muse. I love them.

Lack of customer service
I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service to return a product I ordered a week ago and have yet to hear back from anyone after multiple calls and emails.

Better than expected!
The quality was way better than I expected. The material has the perfect amount of stretch and not thin, it has some nice weight to it revealing it's quality. The fit is absolutely perfect and the colour is beautiful. Exactly as advertised, I was actually surprised as it exceeded my expectations. I like how they state the size that the models on the website photos are directly on the website as this is what helped me choose the right size. Shipping was a breeze, it came really fast and the shipping was free! The price for the quality is unbeatable. I will be buying again
