Polite and professional and have spent THOUSANDS’s here over the years. Adam is a pleasure to deal with and knowledgable. It’s a high end shop specialising is hifi kit. If you want stack it high get it quick shop somewhere else. I just ordered a speaker upgrade. Ordered them in, took 2 days then took my payment! This is the reason I have bought from them repeatedly over the years. Well done Adam and the team

Don't waste your time. Like everyone else I received an email saying item not in stock after payment was made. Just pay the extra and shop at curry's or John Lewis.

Items marked on the site with a big green tick saying "available to order" actually means they are out of stock. Any company that does this is not getting my business.

Website very misleading says item ready to order but really the items not in stock .Do not reply to emails.AVOID

Checked their website on cyber Monday, which said the item I wanted was in stock and would be dispatched in 5 days. Paid for it and waited. Then got an email to say the item wasn’t in stock and they were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturers. I chased them a few times and got though in the phone once to be told they were still waiting for stock. Then received an email nearly three weeks later to say that no stock will be delivered into the country for a couple of months so my order has been cancelled - which is rubbish as there is plenty of stock when you check with other companies. I had never heard of Musical Images before but I gave them a chance and they failed miserably. I now have to try to but this item elsewhere with just a few days before Christmas. Don’t bother buying from these people. And don’t trust their website when it’s says the item you want is in stock. And don’t trust what they say when you call them. Absolute Rubbish!!

After saying the item was in stock on the website they took my money from my card, procrastinated for 3 weeks and then cancelled my order. Do not shop here.

I have ordered a Sonos Beam on Cyber Monday and paid for it. I received a message letting me know that they are working to get me a delivery date before Christmas. 3 weeks later and three times chasing them on phone, the answer was that they have no stock from Sonos coming to them for several months, which is nonsense. Look at all over websites.. Really bad customer service to be chased so many times for a delivery date, false information about existing stock, massive disappointment before Christmas and most probably I will be refunded only after Boxing Day. Bottom line they are too small and amateur to deal with.
