Marvellous Musical Mania!

My 3 children have been part of Musical Mania for many years now. It all started with an Easter workshop and since then we have never looked back or more appropriately anywhere else.

Such a positive company that provide so many amazing opportunities for all of their students. I can’t fault the dedication and passion to make sure children get the opportunity to shine.

I can’t thank the MM staff/owners enough for everything they have done to help guide, encourage my children. Keep up the amazing work!

High standard of performance, engagement and sheer joy on the children’s faces.

We just love the shows!
Went as Grandparents and were hugely impressed. As retired teachers, used to doing our own school productions, we were moved by the level of the students engagement, the high standard of performance and the sheer joy on the faces of all performers. Having fun and motivation whilst learning is so key to children achieving their potentials. This is very evident in the testimonials and photos on their web site too.
Top class and well done to all.
Can’t wait for the next show.

ABSOLUTELY NOT, to Musical Mania Performing Arts

We sincerely had high hopes for Musical Mania Performing Arts, but sadly it was one disappointment after another.
I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews because I like to support business, however we can't express how shocking and disappointing our daughter’s experience was with Musical Mania Performing Arts, grossly unprofessional and negligence towards our child.

I noticed our daughter was super hesitant & nervous to go to the classes, always crying and clinging on me at the door, Lindsey the principal and teacher said it was normal that some kids would cry for 6 weeks, I believed her. After insisting with my daughter to tell us the real reason to act like that, when she finally told us how rude Lindsey was towards her, when our daughter asked questions to Lindsey in class, her answer was to stop asking silly questions, even when it was related to the performance.
Musical Mania Permorning Arts also failed so badly when our 5 years's old daughter was feeling very poorly at a performance show, crying for the whole time in a room( around 6 hours), asking for Mummy & Daddy and not be listened (we have been told this by the principal herself Lindsey Leadley at the end of the show) and herself or any of their staff could bother to locate us in the audience. They gave us the excuses for not contacting us due to no internet’s signal in the building, however they had a microphone/sound's system inside the theatre & it was fairly small, therefore super easy to locate us if they wanted too. They let us watch the entire show knowing our daughter was crying in a room very poorly. That was unfair and wrong.

I told the principal LL how petrified my daughter was to go to her school before the term started and the response was an invoice of £176 for the coming term, knowing my daughter would not even start the new term, Lindsey L was very adamant about the money that we needed to pay. We have paid the cancellation fees even though my daughter won’t go to the school anymore. We can’t describe how shocking and traumatising it was for our little one, she will possibly never want to go to any dancing/singing class again.
There was lack of empathy from Lyndsey and the school itself, no email to apologise or explanation.
Our experience with Musical Mania Performing Arts are: lack of professionalism, neglectful towards our child, bringing a big dog into the classes without informing the parents. I don’t recommend Musical Mania Performing Arts at all.
