Many thanks to Boris M. - I bought a music box which was delivered without the engraved plaque I was expecting. I could have sworn I selected engraving when I ordered, but unfortunately the order receipt did not reflect this (may have been an error on my part). I called, explained the situation, and Boris immediately sent me an engraved plaque with no upcharge. He was also good enough to expedite shipping to ensure it was delivered before my daughter's birthday (It was). Great product, great service, A+ all around.

I needed a gift for my anniversary. Left it too long, as usual. The team walked me through the options, answered my questions and made sure the international delivery was made on time. It landed the day before! I’m so grateful for their support. Thank you!

We received our order for a piano music box. Unfortunately, there were a couple of details that were missed. I called (actual phone number instead of chat or emai). The customer service rep was awesome! He said they'd mail a new one, and it would be perfect, even before I sent the defective one back. He was true to his word!! It was perfect. I would recommend 100%!

I got a hard to find title it was packed well and arrived in good time .I was surprised to find a stopping rod on it that's a nice extra.

This place has the most beautiful music boxes with a ton of song and customization options. They are very fast with shipping also. We exchanged our original box for one more suited for the recepient and they were very accommodating. I can not think of anything they did wrong. I sent emails asking for help. I had a response quickly with multiple option as to how they would help.
My order was shipped quickly. Once received I tested each movement and they all worked and sounded great. I was so impressed that this order was a second batch of music movements for more music boxes.
I hope musicbox attic is around for a long time. To keep me supplied with musical movements. I will order again from them!

This was my first order and the gentleman on the phone helped me to order everything that I needed. I was building a jewelry box as a gift and wanted it to have a musical movement. It arrived in a short amount of time. The packaging was perfect as there was no damage. The real surprise came when I played the musical movement. It sounded so much better in person than over the internet.

Trying to chose the right box was a little hard do to all the choices. The box I received is beautiful and precious. The song requested was loaded properly and it sounds great. It is one of my favorite songs. This was a gift from my husband and I love it. The workmanship is excellent and it will be a cherished treasure. Delivery was as stated, USPS, and arrived on time. Very good service.
