Low quality vinyl records. Company won't pay for a Return label for exchange
I order 9 albums. all vinyl records.
Only 6 received and 3 are out of stock.
4 out of the 6 are not working good. Very bad recording. Music stops and "jumps" all the time.
I called for an exchange - They can exchange but WONT send a return label!
They refuse to take responsibility and want me to pay for the return, without guaranteeing it will work the next time.

Billed but never recieved item. Can not reach them by phone.
They were quick enough in charging my credit card for an item that never arrived. I tried emailing, calling, ect... nothing. All you get when you call is that their office is closed. Buyer beware, scam artists are now wandering around with your credit card information. This matter was only resolved from my credit card company. Look elsewhere for your audio needs.
