Arranged to go in today to get a demo of the Evolve 30m and meet Rich and Ollie. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Rich made us a lovely coffee, thanks Rich! (in fairness we made that task pretty easy for you 😉) while Ollie unpacked a brand new 30m, put it together and got stuck in to the demonstration. Ollies patience was tested I'm sure, but he was so knowledgeable about the product and answered all our daft questions with a smile. Tell you what, these guys at MGD really REALLY know their stuff. We never felt pressured in to buying (I did buy the Evolve 30m as the sound from it is superb) we left the shop feeling that we were friends rather than customers. Brilliant... thank you guys. I don't normally leave reviews for companies but I recently needed a speaker accessory and these guys excelled. First company I tried said in stock but then said 10 days. Next company said it was in stock but then said they had no stock. Amazon said next day but delivery then stated between 2-6 months when going to purchase! Musicgeardirect not only had the product but shipped it very quickly (faster than normal I'd say). Having messaged to thank them, I found out their policy is to only advertise products that are actually in stock not just do drop shipping (take money and then source the product). Very impressive, responsive and reliable so wanted to say a public thanks!

Richard put a great deal together for us and Ollie guided us step by step through the setting up and operation of our new Chauvet lighting rig consisting of 8 Chauvet 120 Ils Par Cans & 2 Chauvet 160 Ils Intimiator moving heads all controlled by the amazing new Chauvet Ils Command Controller. What can I say but, Simply The Best!

I have never had such amazing help with a music shop before, my hole saga of finding the right PA Speaker's for myself was treated with complete expertise, advice, help, and respect.

Richard & his colleagues bent over backwards to be sure I had the best all round service and nothing was too much trouble for all my fussiness.
