As I would do with any cab. I was outside ready. And he pulled up at the gate of a school after 11pm. And called to day he way at the gate.
I walk over to him to explain this isn't the pick up point and seeing as this journey is costing me £20. Can you go over to where my children and my bags are. He told me that where my post code said it is. So I explain it isn't. And he types it into Google and low and behold he was wrong.
Then he back out of the school drive way and drives off. Wow. £ 8 more then a uber. And rude. Never use this cab station. Over priced and useless

So bad. Tried to charge me £20 a 9 minute journey. When I questioned this he told to walk!

The ruddest mini cab service I have used in London over the last 10 years.

Very unreliable, rude and unprofessional.
Avoid to use this company at any cost. Especially if you need a cab to an airport.
Booked and never turned up.
Called the office 5 times, the guy on the phone was rude, putting me on hold or hanging the line and without giving me any explanation or apologies.
It is a shame is not possible to rate with less than 1 star

Left waiting for over an hour at Luton airport for a pre booked taxi. Called the company 10 times asking for the drivers location, driver never made contact. When we finally got in touch with the driver he told us he had broken down. Awful service from the company, not helpful at all in our situation with shockingly bad communication, will never use again, do not recommend. Found cheaper and better service elsewhere.

We booked a cab to take us to Gatwick. When the cab didn't show up on time we phoned and were told it was round the corner. After waiting almost half an hour more we cancelled and fortunately another local company was able to get us to the airport on time.
Don't use this company.

Terrible cab company. Called to book a cab and was told that it would be with me in 10 mins. Over half an hour later I called back to ask how long it would be. The cab operator was rude and tried to blame me by telling me that I said I was outside Marks and Spencer's when I did no such thing and clearly gave my postcode which was a residential address nowhere near any Marks and Spencer's. A cab company where the customer is always wrong and staff are extremely rude. I will never be using this company again and will be making sure no one I know ever uses this company. I suggest people use one of their competitors that offer a far better service.
