Not obvious: international shipping, & returns
It was not clear to me that goods come from far away in Europe, that therefore the delivery time was a bit longer (not so critical), but above everything else, that in case of returning goods, I would be responsible of shipping internationally at my own cost. I would wish for more transparency. It all looked like a German site.

OVERALL: A professional, efficient and customer friendly company.
COMMUNICATIONS: Muziker’s process and communications are first class. Throughout this transaction Muziker kept me up to date with all movements - goods and money.
BACKGROUND: I bought an amplifier cover and after the transaction was complete I realised I had made a mistake. I contacted Muziker who informed me that the automatic system had already processed the goods. On return of the goods, Muziker kept me updated on its arrival and processed the return of my money. Throughout this transaction I was guided on what to do and informed of progress. FINALLY: Muziker staff are outstanding and I would most certainly recommend their team and I would use their services again.
