Untrustworthy - Find Other Sellers!!!
Long response times if any, unfair conditions hiding under titles that has no relations to each other.

You didn´t even offer a compensation.

Be aware that you may not receive a manual for you product.
I ordered a very expensive sewing machine. Easy proces, fast delivery and good tracking. With a complex machine you need a manual! This was not included. I requested a manual and was refered to a public site with a ton of trick advertisment luring you into products with subscription fees. You can see the manual but not download it. I made Muziker aware of this and they sent me the same link again. I am sorry about this because everything else works perfectly. I save a lot of money which is nice. I guess I will have to manage with youtube videos.

Great online shopping-experience
First, I was a little bit sceptic, as I prefer to buy my gear from a local store but every single scepticism was humbled - I'm pretty sure that I am going to buy from Muziker again at some point.
The delivery was handled very well and within a very acceptable timeframe and the packaging was done very well.
