Ordered items but some of them were the wrong items. Emailed and called them twice to resolve and was eventually told someone would call back but they never do.

Avoid at all cost. Placed my first order with them and they sent the wrong products. They advertised a completely different product. I got told they will arrange collection for this but they are ignoring my calls, not replying back to emails and the customer service advisors just fob you off and hang up. Im stuck with a product which i never ordered and do not want. Worst customer service ive experienced in a long time

I have been trying to place an order since November 2024, I have called several times and each time I am told someone will call you back. I am wondering if this is probably a sign not to make any purchases. If I can have so much with trying to place an order how about when I actually place an order and need someone from there to assist?
I wonder why MX is making it sooo hard for me to give them my money!!

I had placed an order MX83701 for some hand sanitizers from December 14th that stated there was free shiping to mainland UK on the website. Then proceeded to download the Shop app to observe the tracking.

Four days had passed and it was still preparing shipment on the Shop app. So I called up to check the progress, the agent sounded confused and had no idea that free shipping had been available, I dont even think he knew what day it was. He stated that he had to contact the manager and would call me back in 5 mins.

Two hours passed and no call back so called MX wholesale orders no reponse, called from another number and got the same guy. He then explained that free shipping was not available...So then the items were missold and it would have just been left in a limbo state! Asked for refund as I didnt want to deal with them anymore as it seems like the company is been ran by amateurs!

One box of my order which included many items was not delivered. Contacted via email several times. Not one reply. Phoned several times and always told it'll be looked into and then the call is ended. No follow up or communication has happened. It has been weeks now. I will never use this company again

Delivery was a little slow than I am used to,but the refund on unavailable items was super quick and I am very happy with the items received 😀

Placed order 12 days ago and all items were in stock , got email two days ago stating that a lot of items are now unavailable , equating to about 22% of my total order . I have phoned them twice in the last couple of days and emailed yesterday , as previous comments they say we will resolve this and call you later , but they don't and with previous orders I have placed in the past same level of customer service . The only good thing about this company is there prices are very competitive and the order does turn up in the end although always incomplete , they do refund the difference though . If they concentrated a little more on customer service levels and updated available stock levels then I would rate them a 5 .

Communication re delivery was excellent and when arrived the driver was first rate. Couldn’t ask for better.

Well what can I say the communication seems to be nonexistent, I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing, even after messaging,two calls and an email still nothing. All I wanted to know is when will I get my order, the employees that work from home can’t see the orders or speak to anyone, just there to pass an email to someone for them not to reply .

I ordered on 3rd July and called after a week to ask when it would arrive and was told I’d get a call back. Did not. Same next day. No call, no dispatch email, no idea what’s happening and it’s day ten from order. Really poor customer service. The lady who answers calls has no knowledge or simply has been told by her boss to answer the phone, but has no authority to action anything or investigate. How useless a system. I’ll not be using again.

Absolutely rubbish.Part of my order never arrived,when I rang to query this part of the way through the call I was told that they couldn’t hear me that the signal wasn’t good,this happened 3 times.
I was calling off a land line,there wasn’t any interference.

i have used MX wholesale for months now ,have huge range of sensibly priced goods on offer which helps us sellers.
goods always packed properly and quickly every step of delivery is informed.
