good service, great products!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes off this site. - I ordered with the standard delivery of £1.95 to be delivered within 3 working days. I contacted the customer service team to check that this was the case - to make sure that I would be around - and to my very pleasant surprise I actually got the chance to speak to someone on the phone! This is very rare nowadays!

My parcel arrived within said time - with the boots - which were the same as on other sites but much more reasonably priced!!

They issue 'coupon' codes that DON'T WORK! + 'FREE' delivery offer is VOID

I received a printed coupon upon reciept of an eBay purchase that I recently made from the company.

I added 4 items to my basket and proceeded to the checkout. However, the code was 'not valid'!

I tried with & without CAPS, no spaces, etc. but nothing.

And even when my order came up to more than £50, there was NO 'free' delivery option applied at checkout - despite their 'policy' being that standard delivery should be free for orders over £45!

Apparently, they have a 14% off promotion currently advertised on their homepage, that if you enter 'LOVE14', but this comes back as 'not valid' on the website too.

[I have even print-screen evidence of my findings at the checkout.]
