Customer support helped me with the…

Customer support helped me with the withdrawal. I accidentally typed the wrong account name and could not understand why it wouldn't work. Their online support found the issue and guided me how to correct it. They knew it was my fault but they were still helpful and professional about it. I can't speak for others but for me an effective customer support is very appreciated and make me more comfortable to spend more money. I want to have fun playing, without headaches.
