Good service and support
Just moved into a new property and the mobile signal indoors was completely useless. Approached MyAmplifiers regarding a system and they advised me on a suitible Nikrans model.
Upon installing the unit I had problems but Marina in customer services was most helpful in sorting the issue.
This turned out to be an issue of seperation of the antennas. The system now works well.
Mobile signal booster issues with an electric car charger
I purchased a BD-300-GDW mobile signal booster and Yagi external aerial from My Amplifiers to improve mobile signal strength for an electric car charger that requires a mobile signal to function in Smart mode. My Amplifiers were confident that one of their products would be suitable. When installed the unit did improve mobile signal but the car charger would not regularly function as a Smart unit. I contacted customer service and received a prompt reply from Marina who went over the problem in detail and over the course of several emails made multiple recommendations to correct these . Unfortunately these were not successful and Marina then offered to exchange the booster for no extra charge for an alternative model which she thought would be more successful . This arrived promptly but initially the charger would still not work correctly . Following further communications and much repositioning of the internal aerial the charger eventually functioned in Smart mode, albeit with occasional loss of mobile connection requiring a unit reboot.
I was very impressed by the efforts made by Marina to solve my problems. My main negative issue relates to a return postage charge of £60 to send back my initial booster after an alternative model had been sent. The products are sent from and returned to China and the company ask that a fully tracked service is used, hence the cost. As my replacement booster was more expensive than my first model and included an additional internal aerial this offset the postage cost. However because of the high return postage I have downgraded my rating somewhat.

Bought a house on remote island off the Shetland Isles with no possibility of internet and awful 4g. Couldnt get 4g in my house at all. The amplifier managed to give me a signal so was able to get online and could stream tv sometimes although it can be patchy but thats likely the remoteness as there are no 4g masts on my the island and weather a bit bad.Anyway, broke the connector off the external cable when relocating the aerial which was my fault but i would suggest maybe greasing the external plug, socket to help against corosion as mine was hard to unscrew. Joined a live chat session and got instant assistance from Alice who was very helpful and friendly. Was advised what connector and cable i need since i couldnt even remember the model i bought so very happy with after sales service.
Good product-Bad customer service
The product was good, but the after sales support is nonexistent. I have sent 3 emails asking how to get a refund (as the website directs), but have received ZERO replies. Really bad customer service.

Wonderful device
Wonderful device! It does everything it claims. 0-1/4 reception on iphone before my amplifiers device, 4/4 after installation. All very easy to install, just get it high and non-obstructed view of you distant phone aerial. Excellent pre and post sales service.
Outstanding Customer Service
I would have no problem in recommending this company. Their products work well and when I did get a problem a few years later they could not be more helpful. It is rare these days to find a company that gives such excellent product back up and their customer service is exceptional. Marina in customer support is outstanding. She is professional, helpful, quick to respond and genuinely eager to please. Very reassuring when dealing with a company so far away.

Excellent customer service
The signal amplifier I purchased couldn’t be made to improve my signal but the help I received in trying to get it to do so couldn’t be faulted. In the end we admitted defeat and a refund was received. Excellent customer service particularly from Marina, thankyou.
Whatever occured MyAmplifiers did everything to support!
I ordered BD-300GDW to strengthen the signal within my house. And it is working incredibly great. We are so happy as it has been a pain in the ass how we could never talk or use mobile data within our house. Now - thanks to myamplifiers this time has come to an end.
While the buying and installation process there where some challenges which were all perfectly solved by the wonderful Catherine from Costumer Service.

We purchased an amplifier in April 2022 which worked perfectly with Vodafone. In November 2022 we moved providers and discovered that 'Three' wasn't compatible with the amplifier. Marina at My Amplifiers went above and beyond to help find a solution. Excellent customer service.

I hope sharing my experience may be useful to others. I have no words to explain how satisfied I am with this product. We live far in the woods, and cell service is pretty awful. After purchasing this device, however, we don't have any issues with our phone calls or the internet connection.

We purchased our amplifier for use onboard a bif vessel.
We purchased our amplifier for use on board my vessel. It is working very good. From zero signal to 4G in all cabins. Only issue we have is that we must keep the cabins door open due to steel walls. They only need to be abt. 10 cm open. If the doors are closed, we get 3G signals. It a big vessel with 4 floors and many cabins. In the offices we have constant 4G reception with 3-4 bars signal strength.
