This is my second time now purchasing products from mybabiie and the service has always been excellent with fast shipping! The MBX7 Plus Auto-Fold Compact Stroller - Forest Green is beautiful and such a gorgeous colour.
I love how compact the pram is without impacting on sturdiness and the comfort is 10/10! My little boy has loved using it this weekend.

Great product and super quick delivery which is perfect when you need one desperately. Love the designs and cannot believe I haven’t come across My Babiie before. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again hence why I bought two car seats.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with our returns process. We don't currently offer free returns for unwanted items, and our returns policy explains that customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
Customers are welcome to arrange a return using their own chosen courier, or we can arrange a return through DPD. Our DPD drop-off service costs £10, or a collection from your address costs £20.
We don't add an additional charge to the £20 collection fee; this reflects the cost to us of arranging the collection and return of the parcel.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that our returns options have left you disappointed.

Great customer service
Ordered premium grade A high chair. From the start great communication. I received my high chair damaged. I got in touch and the person I was chatting to was brilliant. (Edralin) Asked me to send photos of damage, which I did and then she arranged a convenient pick up. (Which was the next working day) all I had to do was secure it in the packaging it came in. Then I got my refund a couple of days later - this was because there wasn’t anymore chairs available that I ordered or they would have sent me another. The high chair looked brilliant. Sturdy, and the chair padding was very thick. Shame it came damaged but cannot fault their customer service. So thank you.

Very disappointed with this travel…
Very disappointed with this travel system. The attachment needed to connect the car seat to the stroller is missing, which means I cannot use the car seat with the stroller as intended. There is no point in buying a travel system if an essential part is missing. I expected everything advertised to be included.

Amazing company & safe, stunning car seats.
Ordered a car seat for my granddaughter and it is absolutely beautiful, I love it that much I ordered a second matching one for my other granddaughter for when she is old enough to go in it.
I accidentally wiped it down with Milton on my cloth and it spoilt the case cover. I contacted Babiie and they helped me sort out a new cover for it.
I made a mistake when ordering and they very kindly rectified it and sent me the correct cover out.
Above and beyond 5* customer service.
I would definitely have no issues recommending this company.
A special mention to Mike from customer services who resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.
Deliveries are also amazingly quick.

Best car sear
Ordered a car seat with them, it looked nice on the photos and a very good price £95 with a discount code.
It arrived in the next day which was very quick and the car seat is beyond perfection. Better than all expensive car seats out there.
I have for my daughters expensive car seats that are not soft at all, and bought this for my third in forest green, couldnt believe how soft and comfortable it is, so easy to put it in the isofix, 360 work really easily no need to use force or anything, the color and the material looks so posh, no one thought i bought it for £95. It does the job and it looks posh and expensive.
Great buy and will suggest this to my friends

I couldn’t believe how fast it was delivered, 1 day delivery! Easy to install, and my son seems very comfortable in it. We got the isofix high backed booster. They’re very aesthetic too! Very impressed.
