I found MyBedFrames after a google search for a bed frame I liked. It was cheaper than I had been quoted so was a little apprehensive of the quality. I was very pleased when it was delivered promptly and once opened the quality was great. Easy to put together and aesthetically pleasing. Really happy with my purchase and happy to recommend these guys.

Very good sturdy bed. I bought over 10 beds for rental properties.

First of all I was attracted by the good value beds and mattresses compared to other suppliers. These days buying blind online is always a risk but the response to my order was prompt. The mattress arrived first and I was very pleased with how comfortable and thick it looked. The bed frame arrived a few days later but again I was very impressed with the quality. Both delivery drivers were courteous and helpful in placing the goods where asked. Overall I can honestly recommend MyBedFrames for excellent value for money.

Ordered the Tulip Headboard and Ottoman Storage Side Lift Divan Bed Base. Really fab customer service from Nadia, super quick responses to emails and phone calls, and kept us in the loop every second of the way. Oh, and super comfy bed!

I gave 4 stars as the bed frame we had was over a year old so not under guarantee when it broke. I gave 4 stars as it was easy to contact them and they advised I could buy the part we needed to repair the bed. We did this and it was ordered and sent super quick and they were really helpful and we now have the bed frame back working and not had to buy a new one. I am not sure if it was the fault in the frame or user error. Because it had not happened with the other bed and they are good quality bed frames.

I purchased the Miami Metal Bed Frame in black, the price was great and the delivery was prompt. The bed frame was easy to set up and it looks great. I’m very happy with the bed and the customer service was excellent.

Ordered a phoenix wooden ottoman from this website and I am really pleased with the quality of the product. It was really easy to order and received my order promptly, the delivery guys were great and put it where I required it.
I had to get in touch with the company to find out if my text for confirmation of delivery had been received as I hadn’t heard anything else back from them once I had sent my text back to them, this was confirmed to me that it was going ahead and didn’t have to wait on hold for long. Great service overall :)

From purchase through confirmation and delivery updates, to the delivery itself, I received excellent service, for the Ellie Headboard and Divan Bed Base that I ordered. I have mobility problems, and this bed was just the right height for me to use, & not too high for a 5ft 4" me! It is nice to find a company that still believes in first class care for their customers. Five stars.

I have just taken delivery of a 5ft divan base and headboard. Customer service from Kizzie has been outstanding. The headboard was only available through the sister company HCB, however Kizzie dealt with that and the bed base together which made a seamless purchase experience and ensured the material match. I would definitely recommend this company. Delivery was fast through HCBs own transport and the driver deserves praise too. Items look solid and durable and have a 10 year guarantee.
