We had a great night with Dan and EJ and the master class in cocktail making. The cocktails were great and we all had such a laugh. Both Dan and EJ were professional and all the Hens and Bride to be had such a good time with the games and the drinks. We would highly recommend them.

The buff butlers were a brilliant addition to my friends hen party. The life drawing with Paul was particularly great fun! 😉 I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The whole experience was amazing! Both lads were so lovely and kind (especially when I had passed out and missed the next section of the night! Don’t worry I’ve been told about it!)

Booked for my friends hen party for December 21. Unfortunately the hen party has been cancelled. I had to cancel my booking. My Buff butlers gave me a full refund of my deposit which I thought was amazing. I will defo book with them again in the future.

Communication was consistent from the minute I booked right up to the day of my Party.

Both Dan, and Elvis were amazing, and very professional!

They served amazing cocktails, interacted, and engaged with all my guests by getting everyone to join in and participate.

They definitely kept the party going, and made everyone’s night!

We were let down by another company and these guys stepped in. From start to finish the booking process was straightforward. 'our Daniel' was great and read the crowd well. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Amazing experience for our very first butler. Highly recommended.

Dan was great! He served amazing cocktails and made the night with his fun games! He was very engaging, joined in and got everyone involved in the games and cocktail making, we were so sad to see him leave at the end of the night!!

I used buff butlers for my sister in-laws hen party. Daniel our butler was great, good communication throughout really fast response to my enquiries.

We had a fantastic night and he really read the room well, knowing how far to push each individual.. we had butler service with a few games followed by the life drawing session and I can honestly say I haven’t laughed so much in a long time. ( also didn’t know how bad I was at drawing 🤣 )

Specifically requested the butlers wear shorts, unfortunately, this was not relayed to the butlers and a very blase attitude taken when contacted before the event started. The butlers were then asked to keep on what they had arrived in which was was highly unsuitable as one of them was wearing jogging bottoms the other jeans.

The butlers were booked for 1.30pm-3.30pm. One of the butlers, arrived on time for start of event at 1.30pm to greet guests. The other butler arrived 20 mins late and not ready to assist until 2.00pm.

First butler was helpful for around and hour and then spent the rest of the time idle even though he was directed to simple tasks such as serving drinks and food. Both butlers were offered some food and drink after they finished at 3.30pm, however, one spent some of the 2nd hour eating, sitting and chatting to the photographer which is not what I had paid for.

Though the second butler arrived late, he at least kept himself busy during the time he was there.

I feel highly disappointed with the service.

Both butlers were paid cash as was requested and a deposit was paid in advance. For the reasons stated above, I requested a refund on payments that I made for a service in good faith which was not received.

Unfortunately, a very lame excuse blaming the current economic situation was given to avoid giving any refund or even any compensation as a gesture of good will.

I would not recommend this company's services!!

Really happy with our Buff Butler, Daniel, we had for a hen party in York. We were let down by another company and booked with mybuffbutler late in the day. Daniel was helpful, on time and also super understanding when our bride got sick and we thought we may have to cancel with not a lot of time to go! Thankfully she made a good recovery and we ended up having a great night with Daniel making us cocktails, hosting games and we got some great photos. We had such a good laugh and would happily recommend mybuffbutler, thanks so much for saving our night after another company let us down.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Daniel and Arrun for an amazing hen party! The bride had such a laugh! We would 100% recommend!! The lads were the life of the party, they got everyone from all ages involved! Thank you again!!!

I would 100% recommended that you hire these great guys for any occasion. I arranged my sister's hen party and Daniel was proactive and planned/ finalised everything with me. The night of the hen was amazing, the look on my sisters face was priceless. John and Thiago were professional yet fun at the same time. Thiago made the night for us ladies, he was engaging, enthusiastic, full of energy and had a great sense of humour! The evening of games and cocktail making was nothing but laughter and saucy with Dan and Thiago and couldnt thank them enough for making my sisters Bachelorette weekend one to remember...still got us all smiling now! Some of the women were apprehensive, not really knowing what to expect. Aaron eased the crowd in by making drinks and then introduced some games. He was such a nice guy as well as being in great shape!
Fast email responses from My Buff Butlers meant that I was really pleased with the booking process too.
I would highly recommend the company and use them again.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the Butler you arranged for my cousins Hen on Saturday. He was absolutely amazing! He completely made the night playing fun games, pouring drinks we just loved him and didn't want him to leave.
