MARSHALL MOTOR GROUP VOLVO V60 POOR SERVICE

My VOLVO V60 went to
Marshall Welwyn Garden City for oil leak under warranty, I made it very clear to the after sales manager to remove and thoroughly clean the UNDER ENGINE TRAY as oil was dripping on my drive.

When I got my car back I took it to my local garage to check the work carried out to my dismay when the car was up on the ramp you could see lots of oil all over the tray clearly Marshall had NOT removed or cleaned the tray !!
When I phoned the after sales manager he checked with his technician and came back to me saying the tray had been removed and cleaned CLEARLY THIS WAS NOT TRUE !
I will be sending photos of the oily tray
I will NEVER use this company again
No offer of compensation was made other than I could have a discount off my next service which I will NOT accept.
Overall very very poor service from a very large company.

Great service, great prices. Thank you for your recent attention to my Porsche, good communication throughout.
