What a shame website was working until money left my account I have booked taxi in advance from akl airport i got this below message and money was deducted and they lost .I tried millions of times to contact them no response and I had to use airport budget rental cars with market rates .. Still i have not got my refund very frustrating pls block these scammer asap ??

My Car your Rental Scam!

my car your rental owned almost 3k, really dissapointing with no comunications at all. please if others know how to start legal process let me know

My first two rentals were paid out ok but the last two Henrik has not paid out & I'm really angry about it.
If anyone would like me to join them with some legal action please contact me, I'm owed nearly 2 grand

Sent payment. Website disappeared for weeks, person that was to rent their car's email was invalid.

Henrik is a bona fide scam artist. I am owed over $1000 by this company (as per the data on their own website). It's nearly a year overdue, and all persons at this company have ignored my emails where I have kindly requested they advise the status of my payout, and asked when I can expect to be paid. I highly suggest that all individuals wishing to rent someone else's car or to rent out their own car avoid this website at all costs.

I initially posted my review on Google Maps to warn potential clients, and I'm here to do it again. At the start, Henrik was responsive and responsible. However, over time, his services declined significantly.

After the last renter used my car, they informed me of a broken front windscreen. It took a long time for Henrik to authorize the repair service. I eventually took the car to Novus Glass to have it fixed, which they did.

Today, three months later, I received a call from Novus Glass informing me that Henrik still hasn't paid the bill.

My recommendation: stay away and don’t trust him. He has shown no respect or consideration for others. What a shame!

Last renter (3rd) dumped my vehicle on someones drive way at 4am, 4hrs past the end of rental in absolute pigsty, and empty tank, huge risks renting your car out the site won't reimburse you, they could only ask the renter for payment which is a lost cause. (Still no updates)

Yet to see my first payment from 1st rental which was 30 days ago.

Things like that makes you worry what if vehicle gets stolen or crashed.
So decided to stop using their services.

Review will be updated once I hear from them.

Avoid this company at any cost!!!!
They don't have a stand at the airport and we had to wait over an hour for them to come after the agreed time for car pickup...not to mention they don't answer whatsapp call or messages

If you are an owner, stay away from this. They don't pay and ignore your emails.

They now owe me $2,500 from completed rentals. Since two months, all my messages, emails, text and calls are being ignored by the owner, Henrik. I used to have a good business relationship with him, so his silence is deeply disappointing and concerning. Despite the missing payments, the company is still actively advertising on Facebook. Most recently even with my vans!

Warning!! I've been scamed for this company.
My campervan was rented two times in this website in the summer and I got just one payment. When the 30 days of his T&C for the payment was gone, I emailed him many time and was ignored. This booked was for 12 days and around $1000 that I didn't get.
All that look like a scam, so I recommend to the owners and renter don't use this website any more.

Warning👎🏻👎🏻😡😡- This is scam and dodgy company. Henrick is not paying my $728 oustanding balance. I called on call centre more than 20 times but always lady took my contact detail but no body called me back. Moreover, My all the emails are ignored by Henrick. Now i am going to take legal action against them.
