Appalling lack of communication
Hi,
What can I say, somehow I became involved with this company who want to charge me for cashback.
I have emailed their customer support desk on several occasions but received no response from them at all.
Here is a copy of the first email sent on the 18th June 2024.
“We have received a notification saying that we have signed up to this scheme.
This was unintentional, as such please remove the following from your database and cancel the subscription.
Mr John England
Address
Customer number ************
Trial end date**********
Please confirm by email by the close of play on Monday 24/06/2024”
This email has been resent, but still no response.
I am hoping that by raising this issue it will prevent others from dealing with a company that obviously doesn’t give any customer service.
