I tried to order medication from them, even though the email password I gave was correct they wouldn't accept, kept saying it was wrong, I ordered from another site, which did accept password.

Unless you're buying something from Amazon or a well known website, I always feel it's a gamble. On two occasions I have bought what I needed from My Chemist Plus, and on two occasions they delivered the goods within a couple of days. Great service in my experience.

5 star service, fast delivery, a prescription when can not get into a dentist for simple course of antibiotics for an abcess MY CHEMIST was a lifesaver thank you very much,have used few times and I will return

I telephoned the company who asked me to order online. This I did and received an email saying my order would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately after several telephone messages, emails and messages on their website I have received nothing, not even a polite answer

Just be careful when using these guys and just remember it is a lot cheaper to just go to a pharmacy and buy a prescription. There is no simple cancellation request option nor is there a 24/7 email response like their website says.
Took a long time to respond to me when trying to cancel my order. Say their internet was down but they was still able to process my order and send it and send me emails of each step of this. But they wasn't able to send me an email or respond to my request of cancelling. Just seems a bit odd to me how they was still able to process an order and send emails but not respond to any of my emails when their internet was down.
Use your money wisely and don't recommend using it on this company.

Had a gum infection, but could not get a dental appointment, researched online and found this company, ordered tablets and they arrived next day. Thank you so much.

No correspondence after otder placed with delivery time and day no replies to messages or emails and can't get through on phone just want to know where my order is

Order medication a week ago, was told it couldn’t be done till Wednesday, no communication with them since! Avoid completely!

Order antibiotics for gum infection Sunday, email was sent to me on the Monday stating there was a problem and medication could not be despatched until Wednesday and its now Thursday No other communication what so ever. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Emailed numerous times no answer. When you are waiting and relying on medication this is very frustrating and stressful. Website states 24/7 and online chat which is a lie as there isn't one. Not a happy customer one bit!

If you cant get a dentist appointment, this is a real game changer.
Its not cheap but being able to get antibiotics to get rid of a tooth infection is so worth paying the premium.
There is only so much soup you can eat :)

Had problems with an order being returned to sender in correctly. Royal Mail admitted this , my chemist plus has now arranged for re delivery. Lack of responses from them appear to be down communications problems. However , all is now sorted , thankyou My chemist plus , no thanks to Royal Mail who created the problem.

Excellent fast service. Easy to use website and next day delivery. A god send when you can't get an appointment with your dentist!
