I placed and order and was cancelled, no replay on email, no replay on thr phone, the payment was done on the day i order and no update since then.
Really bad customer service!!!

I was a little unsure at first about using this service but was desperate for antibiotics for a tooth infection. I had just been removed from the dentists books and was in excruciating pain. I decided to try and get some and the service was brilliant. Very grateful. Only downside for me was that it was quite expensive £54 including postage was a little steep however desperate times calls for desperate measures

Fantastic service, extremely easy and straightforward prescription approval, and had my medication by lunchtime the next day.

I placed an order and payment was taken. I then get an email telling me the item is not available and I’m getting a refund. The website should indicate if something is not in stock as now I have to wait for the refund. Will not be using this service again.

Excellent communication and service throughout. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

My order was cancelled and declined but they still charged my bank account £52.95.
Totally ignore emails. Will be taking it further.

Stay well clear of this pharmacy. I ordered a product, they have taken money, including next day delivery, and product not arrived. Ordered 27/1/22, payment taken 28/1/22-still no product. I have emailed-no reply, I have sent messages via website-no reply and I have phoned, guess what, no answer. I have been totally ripped off. STAY WELL CLEAR. Gave one star as could not leave warning with out

A few days ago I placed 2 orders with this company. after 2 days of waiting, I contacted them just to be told the items were out of stock and I will get a refund. ok, fair enough. so I waited another 2 days...

Then I found out it is impossible to contact them via phone since it is just an answering machine saying that is always 'a busy period' no matter at what time you call. They never reply to chats and after several complaints, they refunded one of the orders and totally ignore the other one, so now I am out of pocket while they continue to ignore my emails and chats.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

They still don't get it. I ordered 2 things, they didn't deliver and I got refunded for only one. so they get to keep my money for the second order? I'm not saying is theft but it's theft.

Didn't seem to realize how hard it is to get either doctors or dental appointment in the currant climate of covid.!!!!!

This is the second time I have had to use this chemist as NHS dentists appointments book so far in advance. I can not thank them enough. It saved me sitting in an emergency NHS dentists waiting room only to be sent away with an appointment for months ahead and a prescription for what I know I needed. Fast, efficient and their resident doctor agreed with my diagnose and resulting meds' required. Feeling better now thanks to meds' just need NHS to sort out the issue, again! Thank you 'My Chemist Plus'.
