I purchased a cooling vest on June 22, 2026. It was the motorcycle cooling vest system. I followed all of their sizing guides and the vest is way too small. I normally wear an XXL and that is what I ordered. I called them and was referred to their help desk located in the Philippines. She said, no deal, you can’t return or exchange. Don’t buy any open box items from them or you might get a product you can’t even use.

They accepted my order and payment and got around to telling me almost three weeks they were out of stock. I would be willing to bet if you subpoenaed their bookkeeper and shipping manager you find out floating money for a month is a major source of income for the owners.

I purchased a $400 circulating cooling vest. After only 3 uses, the elastic stretched and lost about 30% of it's strength. Be careful what you buy here... The only solution offered was an exchange for the same vest and an advisement that it'll do the same thing... No interest in solving the problem at all. I would have even paid the difference if they had a more sturdy vest for more money. I'm changing it the adjustment straps with heavier ones at a local taylor. It's sad they sell junk at this store ...

Would definitely not recommend this online store. Made a purchase on 7/2/25 for a Alpha Cool Personal Air Conditioner Neck Fan. Was offered on their closeout for $49.95 plus a July 4th special by adding in the code for 20% off which brought the total price down to $47.66 including shipping and tax. The next day when I checked the order status they cancelled it without no warning not even an apology or email and was told it was out of stock After going on their website the item was brought back up for a total of $79.99 and all of a sudden was back in stock. I called customer service and was told the same reason that the item was out of stock. When I asked her why all of a sudden the item was available at a higher price she was not able to answer. After convincing her she said she would honor the $47.66. I cancelled told her to forget it I didn't trust them. Buyer beware do not order anything from this company!

Mickey Mouse company. Pay a little more and go elsewhere as you may never get your order here.

Website is a nightmare. I've tried several times to place an order for a simple hat.

The device I ordered finally arrived and did not work. I charged the cooling device overnight and it never worked. I tried charging it several times and it never worked. I returned it and they did not fully return my money. They said they checked the machine and it worked which I had no proof when it never worked here. They kept my shipping charges plus another, $4 which I requested several times. No full refund. WORST COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
