Top Class Service

Fantastic Customer service Consultants but MYC failed at the length of time it took to get to my answered.

The customer service consultants with My Cruises are wonderful to deal with, and worth 4-5 stars. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because of the amount of time I had to spend in the queue which was nearly 30 min.

Worst travel booking experience ever

10 days before our trip was due to start we had no airline tickets, no hotel bookings and no contact from Mycruises since the day after the original booking last December. It took three emails to get a receipt for the payment we made - full payment although it was still four months before we were due to leave.
It took an hour waifing on the phone
to finally get some documentation which still did not include cruise booking information. Travel insurance? " you will have to do that yourself" . Can my travel partner who does not use the internet get a paper copy of documentation? " we don't do that." The reference number for return flight is not accepted by the airline.
My worst travel experience ever.
