I wish I could give a 0 stars for the…

I wish I could give a 0 stars for the company.

They are a bunch of crooks. The first year contract, fine. But you are only able to cancel on the yearly timeframes and must do so within the 30 days of whatever the date is that you started the contract.

So I tried to cancel after using the service for 19 months and am being told that they will not cancel the account.

If you value ethics in your business partners, then myEmma is not a company to work with. There are many better companies out there to work with.

Great customer service

The man who helped me listened to my issue and walked me through a solution step by step. it was patient as I wrote down the steps.

I have called the support line several times and always receive great customer service!

Patient, understanding and informative.

He was understanding and informative and very patient because I am severely hearing-impaired. However, I am somewhat displeased with the fact that I now have to PAY extra for a domain in order to satisfy your newly-created security needs. I feel that you could have chosen the usual method of phoning a given tel no. or email address and return a simple code, as I am doing now!

Great customer service help!

Easy chat with online help or since I needed extra help was only a phone call away and low wait time. Knowledgable and helpful in helping close out the process I needed to add with my email provider.

Logan resolved things with one call…

Logan made it a point to address our concerns immediately, seek help efficiently, and lead us through the changes necessary to get us back up and running. He also ran tests so that we wouldn't find anything unexpected when our call had finished, and he was polite, informative, and courteous throughout the entire process. He wanted to make sure that our phone call with him was the only one we'd need to make, and he was intent on getting things resolved. It was just what we needed.
