We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To clarify, this delay was not caused by missing documentation from the start. Your shipment was selected for a random enhanced inspection. In these cases, customs may request additional information during their review process, which can extend the clearance timeline. Once a shipment is under customs review, we must wait for their internal processing to be completed, and we do not have the authority to influence or expedite this stage.

In recent months, customs regulations and inspection procedures have been updated more frequently, and these changes can result in longer and less predictable clearance times. Sellers and carriers are not given advance notice, detailed explanations, or guaranteed release dates by customs authorities.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we truly regret that this delay has impacted your recent experience with us. We’ve also been working hard to communicate these potential delays more clearly on our website, shipping page, emails, and FAQ due to the recent unpredictability of U.S. customs processing.

Please know that we are closely monitoring your shipment and will update you as soon as it is released. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve also offered a discount for your next order. We sincerely hope your next experience returns to the smooth delivery you’ve previously had and that this situation does not reflect what you’re used to with us 💗️

After reviewing your order, we see that it was placed on December 28 and shipped promptly on the morning of December 30. The package is on track for delivery by tomorrow, January 15, which falls within the estimated 10 business days for delivery. Kindly note that it has been just over two weeks since your order was placed and shipped, not two months, and the delivery timeline aligns with the provided estimate.

While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, delays that occur once the package is with the carrier—particularly during the busy holiday season—are beyond our control and may occasionally impact delivery times. However, since this does not appear to be the case with your order, we’re unsure of the reason for your negative review 😢
