Update: prompt response saying that they will provide me with a refund of those extras. Informed me that those extra services that i did not want were able to be deleted at checkout.

Great customer service on order delivery

I submitted an order that I wasn’t sure was going to arrive on time. The Customer Service rep Elsie answered my chat inquiry and was extremely quick and helpful in checking with the factory and checking production times before recommending a faster and more expensive shipping method. Great and fast customer service. Thanks Elsie!

The gift that keeps on giving!

I purchased 2 sets of custom face socks for a present to the husband, one with our sons face and the other with our dogs face, and they are just the best!.. for quality, design and overall I can not fault the service.

Don't waste you money!!

Don't waste you money!!! VERY POORLY MADE AND A RIP OFF.
I ordered a $19.95 Hawaiin shirt for my partners bday. From $19.95 it went up to $31 then $52. Yes shipping was $10.99. Yes it was all in Australia dollars. So please explain.. Also I ordered a white shirt with white stitching, it came with very poor black stitching. Shirt it poorly made and material isn't very nice. Sizing is different to what there website says. So disappointed. I have photos but can't upload to here.

I ordered a personalised shirt

I ordered a personalised shirt, I paid for the VIP manufacturing (1-3days) and express postage (6-8 days). After 1 day I received a message that my item was created and sent to shipping. So I was expecting the item 6-8 days later. The item still hasn't arrived and we are gone by 10 days since it was shipped. When I try to track the item I get an 404 error page. The items are made in china so saying 6-8 days after manufacturing is very misleading, shipping from China takes much longer than that.

Don’t order from here

Placed my order, received the confirmation email, and all links to the website were dead. I tried to google the page and it was gone too, so I couldn’t track my order.
I did receive the order a week later and they were the wrong colour. One of them was on a terrible material and a completely different size to the others, even though they were all large.
With the website down, my only option was to complain via their Facebook messenger page. They replied but I’m pretty sure I’m talking to a bot, and they keep asking me to provide images and measurements of the incorrect order over and over without offering any solutions.
EDIT: they have advised they are giving me a partial refund and resending own shirt. I’ll update again shortly.

This was a very bad service

This was a very bad service. After getting 2 changes to my design as they were very unaestheticly pleasing. The order came. THIS SHIRT WAS 10CM shorter than outlined on the size guide. How is this meant to fit. When speaking to Sara via email she offered me a 50% refund however what am i meant to do with the shirt and you still are taking my money.
Very disappointing and Will not be ordering from this company again.
No one order from here very bad company and not worth you wasting your money on them.

Absolutely diabolical experience

Absolutely diabolical experience. Honestly quite unbelievable. I have sent through the same simple instructions seven times now. Every. Single. Revision. has been completely incorrect. I am truly baffled. I've asked them to lay out the 6 images I've provided in a requested format and even sent them the image of the exact layout myself. Every single time they layout the images in a new visually unappealing way completely different from what I requested. I'm unsure how it's so impossible to just copy something, it got to the point where I said "just put the reference image I sent you directly onto the t shirt, copy and paste" and they once again send through the 6 images in a new different layout. They also never retain information so in the very first revision I asked they remove the random city skyline background they added, then in a later revision when I asked them to fix the image layout they re-added the city skyline haha!!! This is the first negative store review I've ever left in my life but I had to warn people. They have spent so long sending me incorrect designs that this item that was meant to be a leaving gift for someone moving abroad now won't arrive on time.

Waste of money, time and effort.

Size was much smaller than anticipated for male sizing. They also stuffed up my order using a friends face I had cropped from a picture..
They refused any help what so ever to rectify the situation.

Paid over $50 AU AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY..

I wear a standard xxl shirt

I wear a standard xxl shirt. Ordered myself 4xl as I wanted it oversized. The shirt quality is dismal. Crap fabric and the tag is in Chinese. The shirt is a standard medium at best. Don’t buy from this company.

Great customer service

Great customer service! My order arrived and it was incorrect. After sending an email to the customer several team Elsie replied with in 48hours with willingness to help resolve the issue. A new shirt is being made and sent for me. I do hope it will be here soon as it was originally ordered earlier for a Christmas gift. I will update this review once I have receives the package.

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Orded and paid double the price of my item for express post as we had a event I needed the product for .. I was emailed and asked for a futher 39 dollars on top of the 49 I had already paid .... $37 for the shirt and $88 for express post which they could not guarantee after my order said it was posdiable ... bk and forth with customer service, who would not listen...only to cancell my order .... not happy if your in Australia DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
