Ordered Sympathy arrangement to be delivered on 03/27/2026, received e-mail notification that flowers were delivered at 10.00 a.m. Called Customer Service at 3.00pm.to ask for picture of delivered product and found out that order HAS NOT been delivered!

Absolutely appalling service and believe it to be a scam. Ordered flowers and a balloon waited all day, asked support and they sent me a photo that wasn't even my home.

I'd ordered once and the cancelled the delivery on the date of delivery, also they didn't refund properly instead gave a coupon code and no other choice hence had to order again and they delivered the cake so late, also a cake worth1200 looked like 600rs cake... Very disappointed, such scammers.. I'd give no rating

I have ordered a gift, its been now 2 months. order not delivered and i am seeking for refund so the company is doing investigation since 2 months whether to process my refund or not.

We had ordered for sugar free cake from their website to be delivered for an occasion, since the customer is diabetic, however, they said on the day of delivery they don't have sugar free cakes. And that we should let them send a normal cake. So obviously we said that since the customer is diabetic and on insulin, we need sugar free cake only, and that was promised and is in the order receipt as well. So they said they can only give us store credit, which is ridiculous, since we only required sugar free cake as per the order which they don't have. Later, they said ok, that they will refund the money, however, till date we have not received any refund and no communication from the company. They do not answer phones, and are not reachable. It is disappointing how such a company is still allowed to function in this country. In any other country this would have been shut down a long time ago. Just disappointing.

The cake has not been delivered despite the order being placed two days ago. No one has bothered to pick up the phone and the online agent literally are non responsive after the initial response to taking the order number

It is a scam and should be avoided

I ordered bouquet & cake and asked to deliver on early hours. They took the money during the booking and item not delivered.
Its a fraud company and all my special planning is spoiled by MyFlowerApp team.
Irresponsible people and they should be clocked from the web as i am planning to file case against MyFlowerApp.

I gave the order and paid by card, after two hours they told me that they were unable to deliver and they will return the money, but I am still waiting for my money.

I am beyond furious with my experience from this so-called online store. I placed an order weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. It's clear to me now that this is nothing more than a scam designed to steal people's hard-earned money.

The website appeared professional at first glance, but that's where the illusion ends. After eagerly placing my order and patiently waiting for the promised delivery timeframe, I've been left empty-handed and frustrated. Numerous attempts to contact their customer support have been met with radio silence – no response, no explanation, nothing!

I can't help but feel like a complete fool for falling for this scam. Not only did they take my money without delivering the product, but they also stole my time and trust. It's utterly disgraceful that there are dishonest businesses out there preying on unsuspecting customers who genuinely expect to receive the items they paid for.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this fraudulent operation. Don't be fooled by the sleek website or the seemingly tempting offers. It's all smoke and mirrors, designed to lure you in and take your money. I've learned my lesson the hard way, and I hope my bad experience serves as a warning to others. Save your money and your sanity by avoiding this scam at all cost

My friend vikas order my birthday cake and flowers.Very bad service flowers not fresh cake is disgusting it's also not fresh. It's smells very bad Don't buy anything from this app.

Do not order from them at any cost. I paid Rs. 1294/- for combo cake & flowers through PayU and these guys took the money and stopped responding. They take the money, don't deliver the products and don't refund. They have also stopped responding to messages on their FB page and they do not pick up the customer service number where you can contact them. In short they are not contactable after you pay up. Big time crooks. Stay very away.

I also paid Rs 749 for teddy bear but order is automatically cancelled they send coupon . still not refund the amount .
Please Guys don't purchase this website.

Thieves/ FAKE APP MANIPULATED APP Do not order from them at any cost. I paid Rs. 957 for flowers through Net banking id100355815 and these guys took the money and stopped responding. They take the money, don't deliver the products and don't refund. They have also blocked my email, stopped responding to messages on their FB page and they do not have any customer service number where you can contact them. In short they are not contactable after you pay up. Big time crooks. Stay very away.

I ordered a birthday cake for my sister and i paid extra for same day delivery. Total was 3459rs. I just received a mail later with a coupon code. But it doesnt work unless you make a order bigger than 3459. They have only mail id to contact. They respond once in a day or few days but do not give any solution. Just take you in circles without redunding.
