I purchased a game as a steam-gift and paid by PayPal.
I got the payment confirmation from PayPal at 21:31.
Then I got the steam-link (the actual download-key) at 21:41.
This is shipment within 10 minutes.
The price was very very good: region-free game for 15€ instead of 40€ as on steam. Note: I didn't need to get russian game, no VPN hassle, no problems of any kind.
Incidently i was so excited that I overlooked the actual game-key mail (named "Re: Notification of payment received") and asked the customer service for it via online form the next day.
I got an answer within 3 hours!
This is all awesome, thanx a lot. The game is up and running, simple installation, no problems at all.
Only downside: What's that jerk on your homepage showing the middle finger to his girlfriend? What are you trying to tell me? That I have to be an idiot for playing games? Or that it's cool to be a jerk? Change it, doesn't fit you being such nice guys!

I bought a key, which was available in that moment. I ordered the key during the business hours. The store says, that in business hours the delivery will take 10minutes to 4 Hours. After 5 Hours i got an E-Mail that my money has been refundend and the key isnt available anymore.

I didnt get any real excuse, just an automated Message. The store didn't admit it was there mistake and they only responded to an E-Mail i sent before i got my money back because the waiting time was way too long.

So the service is very bad and i didnt get much support especially because i asked the support where i can rate it. The currently answering Person ignored my Question until i found the trustpilot rating-page and immediatly messaged me about it and was very very unfriendly.

In conclusion: dont use this store, its not even very cheap and the service is bad.
