Easy to order, quick turn around and great quality items. Err on the smaller size for the shirts as they are generously sized. Their service and communication was impeccable. When we unwrapped our family reunion outfits, we noticed a pair of shorts missing and one printed twice. Not sure who made the error but within 24 hours of contacting them, they had already agreed to make the missing pair and send ASAP to ensure it made the reunion deadline. Rare to get service like that these days. I’d highly highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely use them again.

We ordered 6 couple shirts in 3 different colours to celebrate a family trip for my son’s “dirty 30”. I was disappointed when our original shirts arrived as 4 of them didn’t have a full view of the photo we provided to them for all shirts. I immediately contacted the team and Sara was excellent in her addressing the issue at hand. With under 3 weeks to go before our trip I was panicking we would be going without our fun shirts. Sara arranged for urgent factory production for our replacement shirts and Vicki gave me the great news they would be delivered in time before our departure. True to their word they were all delivered with a day to spare and all our replacement shirts look absolutely awesome. Thanks so much girls for your magnificent customer service you gave to me. I could not give any more higher praise to you both personally and your customer service and production teams at Myhawaiianshirts. Keep up the great work! My faith in customer service has been restored. I will definitely be a repeated customer in the future.

I ordered a customised puzzle set for my sister’s birthday but had some issue with the order so emailed them, they were very quick to respond. Vicky is very nice and helpful. Will order from here again!
