New battery failed within a month.

I purchased a 48V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery with Active Balancer from Myinnovation (Order #44045, Dec 24, 2025). Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing and concerning.

Battery Failure Within 1 Month
The battery stopped working within about one month of usage. Upon checking, one cell had dropped to 0.1–0.2V, which typically indicates a weak or faulty cell or possible balancing issue.

Long Diagnosis Time Without Clear Answers
I sent the battery back for diagnosis. The company received it on 16 Feb 2026 and returned it only on 15 April 2026 (almost 8 weeks). During this period, I repeatedly asked for technical details such as:

* Individual cell voltages
* BMS test results
* Charge acceptance tests
* Failure analysis

However, no detailed technical report was provided.

Warranty Rejected Without Technical Justification
Myinnovation claimed that the battery failed because I used a 52V charger instead of recommended 54V. However:

* 52V charging is actually less stressful than 54V for a 15S LiFePO4 battery
* No technical explanation or evidence was provided to support this claim

Active Balancer Discrepancy
After charging, I observed >0.2V difference between cells, yet the active balancer did not appear to function.

Overall Concerns

* Battery failed within a short time
* Warranty rejected without technical proof
* No diagnostic report provided
* Long service delay (~8 weeks)
* Possible component mismatch
* Poor post-purchase support

Because of these issues, I am concerned about product quality, diagnostic transparency, and after-sales service.
