Worst customer service ever!
A warning which I wish I had been given before purchasing from them...Their website is full of lies: they will not advise you on a company to assemble your furniture if you cannot understand their obscure and misleading explanations, although they promise they would! I have offered to find a builder myself and pay for his service if he could build the wardrobe within the time indicated on their notice but would like them to pay for the difference if that person failed; they refused! If it is as "easy as 1-2-3" as stated on their website, why refuse this suggestion? I should add that I have built countless difficult pieces from IKEA on my own but have never seen any flatpack so difficult to build (the explanations simply do not match the pieces received). Oh and even if you are in the UK, all the explanations come in French (it is my first language so not a problem but it may be for some). They will also not arrange a return for you although they also state on their website that they would do so. It is also very difficult to get in touch with them - no one ever picks up the phone and their voice mail message dates back from over 2 months ago (stating that they are exceptionally closed 29 Aug to 2 Sep...I was calling in November!)…And when I got the pieces delivered, the driver wanted me to pick them up from his truck (I was 8 months pregnant at the time)! Then he just offered to leave them on the side of the road and would not bring them to the house, which is only a few meters down…It is finally the delivery people from another company, who were coming to deliver something else a couple hours, later who kindly offered to bring these items to my front door…All of the emails I have been receiving in response to my complaints have been completely dismissive and have often not addressed the points made. Do not buy from this company!
