We booked our second virgin voyages cruise via MKOC having booked directly with Virgin last time. They offered a better price with perks and our agent Charlotte was superb and did all the hard work comparing prices and cabins etc for us. She was able to link our cruise to our existing profile from last time and was always fast to respond via email even late in the day. Charlotte was our single point of contact and we were never handed to anyone else so it was a smooth and direct process.
Prices do fluctuate depending on when you book and there are cancellation fees you should be aware of if you see a better price at a later date but this is just a general point not something the agents can control.
Would highly recommend MKOC - Charlotte has outstanding and went the extra mile for us which was very much appreciated!

I can't convey how impressed I have been using My Kind of Cruise. Charlotte clearly loves her job and goes to whatever lengths needed to assist in satisfying all your needs. Correspondence is always so fast, and they beat the prices which the lines offer by sharing their commission with you. It's a win/win. You can be as vague or particular as you like, and the perfect result will be found for you. Want all inclusive? Want WiFi? Want a state room which minimises sea sickness? You name it, and if it can be done it will be done. Having a deep knowledge of the options available is a undeniably clear. Low deposits as well. I will be using this company for all of my foreseeable cruises from now on, as I feel I'll be treated in the best way possible, get the best deal I can, and not be pushed into anything I don't want. Excellent!

The opportunity to be able to pay in instalments. The hood customer service. Ryan is approachable always and would assist with queries. Most importantly there is less stress, as the process is quite easy.
