First time I was able to claim the £10 M&S promotion 7am this morning when paper arrived Sold Out
Similar with the Argos one claimed that nothing received to date
Sounds like a bit of a Scam to me

Just went to claim my free 2000 nectar points after buying the third paper and there are out of stock. This was not made clear at all on any of the glossy adverts. This represents nothing more than a scam to get you to buy the paper, and I certainly won’t be buying it again.

Days go by unable to enter points, despite just being launched sold out of MS cards it's all turning into a waste of time and a con

My mail account and nectar account haven’t increased since September, why? Also no indication of how you can view spin the wheel prizes / winners. Considering another newspaper as this is not how a professional newspaper should treat customers.

Who won the raffle?
We were told a winner for the month of October would be picked at some point before 3rd Nov it's now the 10th and we haven't heard a word.
We we were given bogus tickets for a bogus raffle it seems.

So The Mail is now into scamming!
My Mail Unique Numbers was worth doing for Nectar Points. Save them up for a tangible reward. Then came Spin the Wheel. First couple of goes “Hey, this is ok” 5+ scoring, then consistently less than 5. Fiddle going on? Then no Nectar points at all and the promise of some fantasy raffle entries that you cannot find any evidence of. To cap it off now regular messages to the effect of access denied, try again later.
Pathetic. Bring back Nectar points or I’ll stop buying the paper.

Keep getting the "Failed to process Unique Number request for unknown reason. Please try again shortly" message and then numbers expire before I'm able to log them.

Total rubbish.

The Mail ‘spin the wheel’ promotion is no longer worth the trouble- no points, then no point bothering.

For the last 4 days, I constantly get this message when entering numbers:
Failed to process Unique Number request for unknown reason. Please try again shortly.
They will run out soon. When will this be fixed please?
The pathetic solution
to reduce nectar points was replaced with the somewhat crass wheel device, an irritant, and does not the produce earth moving excitement. The falling coloured leaves and showground music to celebrate winning two vouchers is lost on me. Its hard enough keeping up with entering numbers let alone this approach for the masses.

More and more recently I have been unable to input mymail numbers.." and yet I see super prizes to be won when inputting every daily number for 2 weeks/ month etc. !! Spin the wheel is unreliable and awards less points than bygone times. Congratulations Daily Mail.. quick to judge others in your articles..but slow to fix your own problems. If you can't fix the problems then don't offer the rewards that you promise. !!!!

MyMail Spin To Win is a total waste of time…it hasn’t worked since just after they stopped giving Nectar Points…and no way to report it.

What is this message I keep getting? I have not been able to enter my numbers for tis reason for over a week now. Absolute rubbish. What's going on please?

Several times now I have entered the numbers and they have been accepted but the wheel has failed to materialise, try to enter the same numbers again and it says the numbers have already been entered. This new system is waste of time and is just annoying readers need scrapping

I have the subscription and make sure that I am signed into my account. I spin every day hoping for the high numbers . But since the 13th september I see no numbers in my account and the numbers I have do not increase. Have made many complaints but no answer to my complaint . .I have read the other reviews about this useless system. simply not working for us at all.

What a pointless pastime spin the wheel is. From 14th Sept you no longer get points but earn tickets for a "fabulous" prize draw but that stopped working four days ago all I get now is a technical error message. Not what you expect from the daily mail why not just scrap the whole spin the wheel fiasco as it's just an irritation now.

Never mind all the low points 'awarded' - I include myself here on that one as being a victim - but when - or if - is this being 'drawn' or more to the point (sic) what is the point? When can we expect to see a 'winner' announced or have we missed something?

The Daily Mail has to be the most hypocritical organisation ever. They regularly procrastinate about the shortcoming of other company's customer service but the lack of respect they have for their regular readers beggars belief. Truly they are now only interested in their revenue. The Unique Number fiasco - always administered in an amateurish fashion - is now taking its last breaths. The final insult to its most loyal readers lies in its promise to its subscribers when announcing the demise of its Nectar Points link:

"For the next few months Print Subscribers will still collect 10 Nectar points each time they enter a Unique Number. These will not show up immediately after you enter your Unique Number. Instead, we will credit them to your account on a weekly basis."

Well - 2 weeks have passed and I haven't received any of these points. And there's no way to contact them to complain about it.
They really are the pits.

2-3 days a week the spin to-win doesn’t work. Complete waste of time. No longer get nectar points. Just tickets that enter you into a draw.

At least Nectar points are worth something even though the Mail kept coming up with ways to give you less. Are these raffle tickets worth anything at all or are they just a Mail confidence trick?
